Vince Mazurkevitch has operated Silver on the Mount since 1998. When the no-nonsense Vince advises you not to move during the procedure, believe us, you won't. When he tells you to follow the aftercare instructions and use only children's Band-aids that have pictures of SpongeBob and other cartoon characters on them, you will. There's something entertaining about hearing the big guy, a tattoo artist of 30 years, recommending SpongeBob. And even though the staff has undoubtedly pierced thousands of people, they know how to make first-timers feel comfortable.
